*Job Summary*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Record-Keeping and Invoicing Specialist to manage administrative records and billing processes. This role is essential to maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely invoicing for our aviation services.

*Responsibilities*

· Maintain accurate records of flight operations, fuel usage, and service logs.

· Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on service records.

· Coordinate with operations and accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy.

· Organize and archive documentation in compliance with company policies.

· Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

· Assist in other areas as needed.

*Qualifications*

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

· Ability to obtain airport clearance.

· Experience in administrative support, billing, or record-keeping.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Aircraft Refueling Operator to support our fueling operations. This role involves direct aircraft refueling, equipment handling, and coordination with flight crews to ensure timely and secure fuel delivery.

*Responsibilities*

· Operate fuel trucks and refueling equipment safely and efficiently.

· Perform aircraft fueling following strict safety and operational protocols.

· Maintain accurate fuel inventory and documentation.

· Inspect and maintain fueling equipment regularly.

· Communicate with pilots and ground crew to coordinate fueling schedules.

· Comply with all airport and company safety regulations.

*Qualifications*

· Valid Puerto Rico driver's license.

· Ability to obtain airport clearance.

· Previous experience in aviation or fuel handling is a plus.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
