General Description
Provides customers excellent telephone service to assure the retention and growth of clients' portfolio ensuring that customers receive the best service possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze client service and claims needs, assess available solutions, and make prompt decisions to resolve issues effectively.
Promote cross-selling of financial products and services to enhance client engagement.
Address situations within the scope of assigned authority or escalate cases beyond that scope as needed.
Provide detailed information about Popular's products and services, including loans, credit cards, credit lines, vendor payments, balance inquiries, and more.
Education
24 Bachelor's degree approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
At least two years of experience in customer service or sales.
Other Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
PC Skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
Detail oriented with analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish; completely fluent in both languages.

En *Printfinity LLC*, estamos en búsqueda de un(a) *instalador(a) de rótulos con experiencia* para integrarse a nuestro equipo de producción. Esta posición requiere destrezas técnicas, precisión y compromiso con la calidad y la seguridad. Instalamos desde vinilos hasta estructuras metálicas con iluminación, tanto en interiores como en exteriores.
*Responsabilidades Principales:*
* Instalar rótulos de PVC, acrílico, foamboard, metal, banners, vinil adhesivo y rótulos iluminados.
* Medir, alinear y montar rótulos en paredes, cristales, techos y estructuras diversas.
* Operar herramientas eléctricas como taladros, remachadoras, sierras, y equipos de seguridad como escaleras o andamios.
* Preparar superficies y aplicar vinil con precisión.
* Cumplir con las normas de seguridad laboral.
* Documentar cada instalación con fotos y notas básicas.
*Requisitos:*
* Mínimo *1 año de experiencia comprobada* en instalación de rótulos.
* Conocimiento en el manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
* Capacidad para trabajar en alturas y en condiciones exteriores.
* Licencia de conducir vigente (categoría 3 preferible).

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for successfully completing the required basic training. Able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues.
How you will make an impact:
Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.
Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.
Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Requires limited knowledge of company services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts and claims. Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multi-language skills. Must be able to pass a validated language test/assessment.
Preferred Requirements
Full availability to work an 8-hour shift 7am – 11pm EST Mon. – Saturday. preferred.
Automated Customer Service experience preferred.
